Ross Oliver is a Multimedia Creative Director, Corporate Trainer, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering communities and small businesses. Formerly the Multimedia Creative Director for G1NBC, he played a key role in amplifying local voices before stepping away to pursue greater opportunities. With a background in Business Administration, Marketing, Applied Psychology, and Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University, plus expertise in business statistics from Rice University, Ross holds over 75 industry certifications.

He is redeveloping his marketing agency, RAOdigital LLC, with a successful business partner to help small businesses gain professionalism and exposure beyond expectations. As a Corporate Trainer at Washtenaw Community College, Ross mentors future business leaders. A strong believer in supporting the underdog, he remains committed to innovation, lifelong learning, and fostering meaningful connections that drive success.
