Flexible Work Hours, Location, and Shortened Work Week Top Requested Benefits That Most Companies Don’t Offer

LOC Credit Union is coming to Brighton
The Farmington-based credit union recently closed on the purchase of property at 1025 E. Grand River Avenue, near Kissane Avenue, for the construction of a 3,000 square-foot, full-service branch. Work is expected to commence this spring and wrap up in late 2023 or early 2024. The new Brighton location will be LOC Credit Union’s third Livingston County branch along with locations in Howell and Hartland, and its sixth branch overall. Almost Half of U.S. Companies Can’t Fill Open Positions
Despite the optimistic hiring outlook for the next year, 91% of U.S. companies expect to face challenges, including 45% of hiring managers who say they have open positions they cannot fill.
