Based on education, experience, and the latest advances and studies in brain science, Mind Transformations LLC has developed a suite of customizable programs that develop and sustain resilience for individuals and teams facing disruption or change.

We also deliver the most well-respected, well-established, evidence-based mindfulness program, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-week series created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD along with an Introduction to Mindfulness series to help individuals reduce stress, and live life more fully with ease.
