From its beginnings as a locally owned bookstore founded by two Brighton teachers to the thriving community hub it is today, Jeri Kary and Jeanne have built something truly special. Their deep roots in our community are evident in everything they do—from promoting literacy and celebrating local authors to fostering connections through book clubs, readings, and special events.

As their business has grown, so has their impact. 2 Dandelions Bookshop is not just a store; it’s a meeting place, a resource, and a reflection of Brighton’s community spirit. They have created local jobs, continuously give back, and remain a cherished staple of our downtown.
