Company Overview:
Anything Outdoors Septic & Excavating is a provider of septic pumping, maintenance, and installation services in the Howell area. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team and operate our pump trucks.

Position Summary:
The CDL Driver will be primarily responsible for safely operating pump trucks to service residential and commercial septic systems. This position includes driving, operating equipment, customer service, and performing minor maintenance tasks. The sales portion of this position is to identify problems and potential solutions to help the customer improve the longevity of their field as well as the overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate the pump truck to perform septic pumping and related services

  • Maintain accurate service logs and paperwork through a field tablet

  • Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service, helping to identify problems and offer solutions

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL

  • Clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments

  • Previous septic, vacuum truck, or similar industry experience is a plus, but not required — we offer on the job, paid training

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage - $25-33/hr based on experience

  • Commission opportunities

Schedule:

  • Day shifts with some evenings/weekends available
