Healing After Divorce
Navigating the end of a marriage is one of life’s most challenging transitions. Healing After Divorce is a therapeutic support group designed to provide a safe, compassionate, and structured space for individuals working through the emotional and practical aftermath of separation or divorce.
Facilitated by Mara Trefry, LMSW, Co-Founder of Resilient Therapy, this group blends evidence-based clinical practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based practice, and mindfulness—with peer support. Mara brings a compassionate, empowering approach to guide members toward healing, clarity, and personal growth.
