About Us

Work Skills began simply enough as a collection of parents concerned about their children. Educational programs had come a long way toward providing for students with disabilities, but once these students graduated high school, there was very little vocational training available in order to help these individuals find and retain employment. The concerns of those parents gave rise to the Work Skills Corporation and it’s family of companies. Work Skills Corporation is a 501 (C) 3 nonprofit organization made up of multiple entities, all geared toward preparing people for and securing jobs.
