Saint Joseph Mercy Home Care services help individuals with short-term medical needs by providing periodic skilled services, which allows patients with chronic health problems to remain at home. Patients who are recovering from surgery, acute illness or injury are often eligible for services. Our home health care program is supported by a broad range of specialists, including registered nurses, medical social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, home health aides, wound/ostomy/continence specialists, and cardiac nurses. Saint Joseph Mercy Hospice is a specialized health care program that offers comfort, support, and compassionate care to people with advanced or life-limiting illnesses. Our hospice team supports patients and their families with care at the end of life. Staff provides specialized services to meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs, and is trained to effectively manage pain and other symptoms. We offer Nursing, Home Aide, Physician, Chaplain, Volunteer, Music Therapy, Pet Therapy and Bereavement Services.
