Trauma REBOOT is a faith-based course - NOT a support group - providing practical help for anyone struggling to cope with crisis or trauma.
You won't find shortcuts or easy answers, but instead you'll find solutions that last.
This program is open to everyone who has experienced trauma and is dealing with the impact of PTSD, regardless of whether they are veterans or non-veterans.
