Sip & Support Wine Tasting & Small Plates
Enjoy an evening of wine, entertainment, great food and networking. Wines will be paired with exquisitely prepared small plates by Chef Andy Sheets at The Canopy Lounge . This is an event that entertains all the senses - from savory dishes to wines that vary from full-bodied to smooth and delicious. Learn the characteristics, what to pair them with by Sommelier Lori Moss from Little Guy Wine Company. She's a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), French Wine Scholar (FWS) and International Sommelier Guild Level 3.
MENU:
- Cheese ravioli with grilled shrimp in a lobster sauce. (paired with a white wine)
- Zucchini Cups. Stuffed vegetable with goat cheese in a tapenade red sauce. (paired with white wine)
- Crab salad chicken strudel (paired with red wine)
- Small Tornado with wild mushroom sauce (served with red wine)
- Dessert. Chocolate Mousse. (paired with sweet wine or port)
