Join us as we hear from two extraordinary leading ladies, Kelley LaFontaine, Vice President, LaFontaine Automotive Group and Jennifer Sturdy, VP Client and Community Relations Director PNC Michigan. They will share their stories;  their climb, their challenges, how they balance it all (the most often asked question of women in the c-suite). We'll also ask them the tough questions, "What are you doing to help bridge the gap that still exists for women in the workforce?".  Females are still earning 80% of their male counterparts (according to Pew Research Center, 2022). What are they doing to try and groom or mentor women to lead? This and so much more! Join us as we come together to learn, celebrate and embrace how we, as women, can make a difference, be the change, and be treated equally.

Jennifer is director of client and community relations for PNC in Mid-Michigan. Jennifer plays an integral role establishing PNC as a leader in community and philanthropic engagement, particularly in the field of early childhood education through PNC Foundation’s signature program Grow Up Great.  Among her civic and professional affiliations, she is active in the Great Start Collaborative of Ingham County, Lansing Promise, Capital Area Childcare Coalition and is the past chair of Athena WIN. Jennifer is also a PNC certified Women’s Business and Minority Business Advocate.
