LAHRA Workshop for Succession Planning: Small Steps, Big Impact

This in-person training workshop will review principles and tools with the opportunity to apply them immediately to their organizational context. Participants will apply the three steps of building a succession process and build a prioritized plan for implementation. This session will build on those concepts and provide an opportunity for deeper discussion related to topics such as high-potential, talent management pipelines, integrated development approaches, and process transparency.
This four-hour session is ideal for Human Resource departments of any size, Managers, and Leaders. It is recommended that HR and Managers who work together attend this workshop together to build a plan that will make an immediate impact on their organizations.
