2025 Brighton's Rock & Jazz Festival (Non-Profit Activity Application)

Booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’ and located on Main Street. Exhibitors should be set up Friday afternoon – no later than 4:30pm. We ask that your group be ready to greet our guests at 5:00pm. Please check your set-up time preference on the application below. Exhibitors will provide their own display stands and should plan for protective coverings. Only 10x10 ‘pop up’ tents are acceptable shelter and you must provide your own weight system in preparation for any inclement weather. As a non-profit, you will also need to provide your own table(s) and chair(s). We do not provide electricity and the Brighton Fire Department prohibits the use of generators. Unloading and set up is available on Main Street. We ask that you unload quickly, move your vehicle and then begin set up. No cars or trailers will be permitted on Main Street after show hours begin. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in all downtown lots. Alternately, participants can also use the event shuttle, with pick up and drop off at Meijer during event hours. Security will be provided Friday evening; it will not be necessary to break down your booth. Concessions and restrooms will be available at the event.

In consideration of the acceptance of this application, the vendor agrees that products of any nature and description shall be displayed at the sole risk of said vendor and further agrees that said vendor shall be responsible for his/her agents, servants and employees and agrees to hold event organizers, event sponsors and their agents harmless of any and all claims to person and property, real and personal, which shall arise out of or be connected with the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce and it's event/festival. I expressly warrant and represent that I have full legal authority to portray and use any words and images and do indemnify and hold harmless event organizers, event sponsors and their agents from all claims of any kind including but not limited to copyright infringement, invasion of privacy and other claims. I understand that this is a rain or shine event and i agree to open my booth for the entirety of the show. I understand that by participating in the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce event/festival, myself , my merchandise and my staff may be subject of photography, video and otherwise reported by the news and other media. The Event Committee and its representatives have permission to publish photographs or images of my booth or products or of me/staff for purposes related to promotion of the event, past, present and future. My completion and payment of this application indicates by agreement and acceptance to all terms and conditions herein and in the rules and regulations of the application information.
