Creating a Strong DEI Workplace Culture

This workshop is made possible by Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Care Network of Michigan.

In this workshop, Dr. Regina Banks-Hall, “The Leadership Expert” will provide a foundational discussion on why creating a strong Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) workplace culture is important for every organization.  Participants will engage in behaviors and actions that can support a DEI culture.  Participants will discuss the expectations for corporate leaders about how a culture of DEI supports employees, customers, and other key stakeholders.  Participants will also receive tips, tools and strategies on DEI awareness, participate in a DEI SWOT Analysis, engage in fun interactive group activities and much more.

Dr. Regina Banks-Hall, “The Leadership Expert” is the Dean of Graduate Studies and Adult Education Programs for Cleary University, CEO of RBH Professional Development Institute,  SHRM-CP Certified, a Certified Motivational Speaker, Teacher, Trainer with the John Maxwell Team, Business Strategist, and International Author.  Dr. Banks-Hall, has Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
   


Dr. Banks-Hall is the author of “Handle Your Business:  A Step-by-Step Blueprint for New Business Owners, “Fall Forward, Your Purpose is Waiting for You, and several anthologies on leadership and purpose for women.  Dr. Banks-Hall in March of 2023 will be releasing a new book entitled, “Bite Size Pieces, Creating the Blueprint for Ultimate Success”.
