Gain a better understanding of stress and anxiety\, and how to manage it. Get inspired and lifted up as speakers share ways to engage and motivate your team to practice self-care at work to protect your most important resource   your human resource.\n\nPreserving self-care and maintaining your balance. Taking stock of your resource and refreshing your soul so you have more to help others.\n\n\n\nSPEAKERS: \n\n	Anna Oginsky   Anna Oginsky\, Brighton Light House Co-Founder and local artist and author will share the meditative art of Zentangle--a simple\, peaceful\, and portable way to reduce stress and anxiety while also being creative and having fun.\n	Tejal S. Joseph\, M.D. Family Medicine and Functional Medicine Physician\, Bloom Functional Medicine. Learn how to apply the four foundational pillars of health so you can nourish your body and mind from the ground up!  Dr. Joseph is a board certified family medicine physician with over 25 years of experience. She has additional training in integrative and functional medicine. Dr. Joseph uses a blend of foundational health pillars along with advanced laboratory testing to partner with patients to help determine the root causes of their health issues. Sarah Richards. Social Worker/Yoga Instructor/Meditation Instructor\n	Kelly L. Pahle\, LMSW\, Clinical Supervisor\, Trinity Health\, Outpatient Psychiatric & Behavioral Services\, will provide tips to help identify stress in ourselves and those around us.
