She's a Peace Corps brat who spent her early childhood living in Sierra Leone\, West Africa and Tanzania\, East Africa\, hence her odd pronunciation of the word\, "again" as "a-gayne."\n\n \n\nShe says she comes from a family of over-achievers. Her older brother is a law professor and professional environmentalist who takes on big-time corporate polluters in Maryland to protect tributaries and watersheds.\n\n \n\nPaula brings up the rear of the Tutman-clan as the founder and board chair of Children's Tooth Fairy Foundation\, a 501c3\, non-profit that provides education and dental care funding to uninsured and underserved children in Southeastern\, Michigan\, including children of active military personnel.
