SUMMARY:Autumn Equinox Bliss Workshop
DESCRIPTION:As we prepare to bring Yoga Bliss back onto the schedule Sunday nights\, 7 PM - 8PM\, join us for this extended yoga bliss experience that will also weave in some journaling and meditation.\n\nThe autumn equinox is this ideal balance of dark and light as we move into the darker seasons of fall and winter. We will explore in our journals and on our mats\, the space of balance and reflect on what is ready to be harvested in our lives as we begin to move into stillness.\n\nThis workshop combines 2 of our most unique classes (Yoga Bliss and Poses and Pens + Inner peace) into 1 beautiful\, restorative practice.  \n\n \n\nWhat to bring: Mat\, props (you want be really warm and comfy in savasana)\, journal and pen. \n\nWhat to expect: Time to write and share\, a yin practice to balance to chakras\, Yoga Nidra which is a guided yoga sleep and then Kim will offer Reiki to each person.\n\n\n\nWhat to bring: Mat\, props (you want be really warm and comfy in savasana)\, journal and pen.
